Tourist Visa

Most of the guide books have stated that most visitors need a pre-issued visa for entry into Vietnam. I checked out the Consular Information for Singapore Citizens on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website and found that Singaporeans free 30-day visa upon arrival. This privilege is also extended to the citizens of most ASEAN countries. The Visa Office in the Vietnam Embassy at 64625938 confirmed the requirement for Singaporeans. Their visa department only work from 9am to 12pm, Monday to Friday. What a good life.
